Club Policies

Refund Policy

Insufficient Registration - BC SWISH Basketball Club reserves the right to cancel any program(s) and issue a full refund if there is insufficient registration by the registration deadline.

    Club Teams - Due to advance monetary commitments with operating club team program(s), no registration fee refunds will be given for club team players. Players and parents should be aware that by accepting (including verbal) and then subsequently withdrawing from a team, may result in the forfeiture of their registration fees. A written request is required for the return of their registration fees. It is club policy that registration fee refunds will ONLY be given for a verified medical reason. Return of the registration fee will be contingent on the following:

    1. Less a $100 administration fee;
    2. Less a prorated amount based on the portion of the season elapsed;
    3. Less any unrecoverable costs

    Training Programs - A refund of training fees will be provided, less a $25 administration fee, when notice is given 7 days or more before the first scheduled camp date, as posted on our website. After that point, no refunds of training fees will be issued.

    *Parents/players may apply for a full refund of registration fees, citing extraordinary circumstances. Such requests must be made in writing to the Board of Directors. The Board will consider such requests on an individual basis
